Quality Introduction
Raw Materials
1) Face plates: including oak, henry ormosia and black
  walnut imported from Byanmar.
2) Base boards: weather-proof birch plywood imported from
  Russia.
3) Imported polyurethane thermosol (PUR), cold-pressing  
  adhesive (EPI) and high-grade ultraviolet light  
  solidified paint.
Process:
1) Sorting: all face plates and base plates are strictly  
  selected and inspected.
2) Sand grinding: face plates and base plates are sand
  grinded to ensure a consistent thickness. Careful  
  grinding prior to painting ensures the surface quality  
  of each plate.
3) Assembly: fully automatic 2-ply flooring continuous  
  production line and PUR thermosol imported from Germany.
4) Curing: ample drying time is allowed following thermosol
  application
5) Back grooving: back grooving reduces the internal stress
  of floorings and ensures their flatness.
6) Painting: 3 layers of wear resistant sub-luminous paint
  is applied using an ELMAG UV painting line.
7) Tongue and groove processing: conducted using a computer-   controlled double-end tenoner manufactured by HOMAG,
  (Germany).
